When the sun shines
down your spine,
do not whine
Find the time to soak up some free vitamin D from the sun today.
If you are in a place with fierce winter months like me where the sun rays are almost non existent during this time of the year, over the counter low dose vitamin D and foods rich in vitamin D may be the way to go.
Be safe in your sun exposure. Safe sun is about 10 to 15 minutes of daily sun exposure anytime between 11am and 3pm during the summer months. If you’ll be staying any longer in the sun then please layer on that sunscreen. Remember too much sun can cause skin damage and skin cancer.
